By using DeenDate, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must meet minimum legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate account information.
• Impersonation, harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior is prohibited.

3. Faith-Respectful Conduct

DeenDate is a faith-based platform. Users are expected to communicate respectfully and comply with community values, including no explicit harassment, hate speech, or exploitative content.

4. Child Safety and CSAE Prohibition

DeenDate has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking, or any exploitative behavior involving minors.

• Any CSAE-related content or behavior is strictly prohibited on DeenDate.
• Accounts violating this policy may be permanently removed without notice.
• DeenDate may report relevant information to legal authorities where required by law.

5. Subscriptions

Paid memberships are processed via Stripe. Membership tiers may include Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Billing terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed according to applicable Stripe and regional consumer rules.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, suspend, block, or remove accounts that violate safety policies, religious appropriateness standards, or these Terms.

7. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, DeenDate is provided as-is without guarantees of match outcomes or uninterrupted service.
